“Fantastic Experience—Start to Finish I recently bought a mattress from National Mattress, and honestly, the whole experience was just easy and simple. The salesperson Eden S. knew his stuff and was patient, and never pushy. He took the time to walk me through options and answered all my questions. What really stood out was how they honored the online price for a bed frame as well without any fuss. It felt fair and transparent, which you don’t always get these days. Delivery was smooth and right on time. No waiting around, no hiccups—just a quick, professional setup that made everything stress-free. It’s rare to find a company that nails every part of the process, but National Mattress did just that. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone in the market for a new mattress or frame.”

“The customer service and selection were great. I went into the store and had my mattress delivered the next day and so far we are very happy with it and I was able to order the box spring online as they restocked. Love the 90 day trial period as well.”

“Very satisfied with my experience finding the right mattress. Staff were very knowledgeable of the products and helped make the decision-making process efficient. I bought a queen sized mattress and complete mattress protector to go with it. We love the bed!!”

“Great experience, quick and easy selection process, delivery was scheduled for early morning next day after purchase at 7pm in the evening. Delivery arrived on time as scheduled. Would recommend National Mattress if your looking to get a good deal and great service.”

“It was a tough decision to buy something that you'll be wanting to have the best sleep,and not physically try it beforehand. I knew what I wanted,I knew my budget,I read the reviews,and I made the purchase. Best decision ever,so happy,so comfortable,and the delivery time was spot on. You wouldn't regret it.”

“My experience purchasing my mattress was smooth and seamless! The salesperson was helpful, and the price of the mattress was unbeatable. The showroom was well stocked, and all mattresses were organized in terms of type, firmness, and brand. Highly recommend purchasing a mattress from here. Unfortunately I am removing a star as when I went to pick up the mattress at the Kitimat location, between the 2 men who were helping us, neither of them really made much of an effort to help us load the mattress into the car. At the time of purchase, I was told that there would be help to load the mattress into our car, but unfortunately it was left to me and my 11 year old sister to try and make it work with minimal help from the staff. Next time I would opt for the delivery option instead, rather than pick up.”

“Friendly staff, great communication with the mattress delivery, it was next day delivery, and it was a great mattress as well! So all in all, my family has made 3 mattress purchases from national mattress over the last few months and we have been very happy with the whole experience and the product.”
