“We got the best high density extra firm mattresses at the best price. We have been sleeping peacefully ever since! But what made the experience better was the buying process where we were patiently shown and explained everything about the mattress, price, returns and warranty. Suraj was very friendly and helped us throughout the entire process including shipping - whether two mattresses would fit in our car or not.”

“The customer service itself is great. However my order was cancelled due to a different shipping address vs billing address on the order. Nobody informed me of the cancellation and I only found out when I called to ask where my mattress is.”

“You have a large selection of mattress es ...helpful friendly staff who deliver on time ....unfortunately there seems to be a disconnect between shop sales people and delivery people ,(who were all friendly and helpful)....and getting correct product ..Hopefully just a one off mistake in my case ....Which was rectified immidietly.i would recommend your business to others looking for mattresses... thanks”

“Great selection of mattresses at very good prices. If your mattress size isn't available, it is easy to find another suitable model. Knowledgeable sales rep helped me narrow down the choices and provided great follow up when my delivery accidentally didn't make it on the truck.”

“Great mattress - very soft and firm, which is how I like it. It came rolled and finflated pretty quickly. The movers gave me enough notice to be available to meet them at the door and bring it in. The mattresses were also not too expensive compared to others. Grateful towards everyonw involved!”

“I am so pleasantly pleased with National Mattress. The whole experience from placing my order to delivery was perfect and seamless. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size box spring but the customer service was excellent and they answered quickly and helped me with an exchange in such a quick timely manner. I would definitely recommend anyone to buy from National Mattress.”
