“As a student in need of a better sleep but on a tight budget, I'm so thrilled I went with National Mattress. Very affordable, with fast (and free!!) delivery. I got a higher quality mattress for one of the lowest prices I could find compared to other stores while shopping around - and it doesn't feel like a 'budget mattress'. Super happy with my experience, and having a much better sleep these days!”

“I ordered a mattress . Everything was relatively smooth. I chose to pick my mattress up and the sales person was gracious enough to carry it to the car for me. His professionalisms care and the way he spoke to me is treatment people don’t give often !!! I will recommend! Hamilton location”

“Box spring was delivered and when taken up to my unit noticed the bag was torn on one side and box spring was damaged and dirty. Messaged the delivery guy buy recieved no response. Contacted customer service and they denied me a refund or exchange, even though the bag is unopened. Additionally the box spring measure smaller than what is stated on the website, and was charged an extra 50 dollars, which still have not recived back and was told that the charge was not on their system. Scammers.”

“Service was very good - I messed up the delivery date and they rescheduled with no problem. I received regular updates regarding delivery as well which was great. The mattress is exactly as described and I also got a pillow which is amazing.”
