“March 2026: I had an excellent experience at National Mattress Outlet in Markham, Ontario. Henry assisted me, and during my visit at the store and in subsequent interactions, he was unfailingly polite, patient and helpful. Delivery was on time as promised, although I would have preferred a little more flexibility on the delivery logistics. However, after several experiences in other stores, I have no hesitation at all in recommending National Mattress, Markham. Also, the mattress is excellent.”

I visited both their Kitchener and Mississauga locations, and the staff at each store were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful without being pushy. Overall, I’d definitely recommend National Mattress if you’re looking for a smooth, reliable, and stress-free mattress shopping experience.”

“In February of 2026 I purchased from National Mattress a SPRINGWALL® Chiropractic® 12" Plush Hybrid Mattress - Queen. As soon as I cut open and removed the plastic bag I smelled a distinct odour of cigarette smoke. Is it something else? Anyone have this same experience? Otherwise the plush soft mattress is great especially with the top generously rounded edges. So you can have a day nap on your stomach and not be bothered by the mattress edge digging into your feet tops if hang your feet over the edge.”

“This is the second time I've purchased a mattress from National Mattress, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The website is easy to shop and easy to find what you're looking for, the service overall is fantastic (including the notifications, email follow-ups, delivery service, etc), and I cannot recommend them highly enough. To be able to order late on a weekend and have my mattress delivered promptly on Monday morning is incredible. If and when I need to purchase another mattress, it will 100% be through National Mattress yet again. Easy, affordable, convenient, with legitimately no hidden strings or anything to complain about - just simple, immaculate service.”

“We were quite impressed with your showroom. So many mattresses to see and choose from, and quite overwhelming. We were greeted by Arnold who very patiently showed us around. He was very helpful and quite knowledgeable. Hopefully we made the right choice for our needs and Arnold assured us that if we weren’t satisfied with the comfort of the mattress we decided on we could find something that suited us better. Hopefully that won’t be the case. My husband is very excited to sleep in a new bed. Your prices are very reasonable and we will certainly be referring National Mattress to family and friends.”
