“I recently purchased the BEAUTYREST Centennial 13" Tight Top Firm King Mattress from National Mattress, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked into the store, Connor was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to walk me through different options, explain the features, and make sure I found the perfect mattress for my needs. I really appreciated his patience and no-pressure approach, which made the shopping experience both comfortable and enjoyable. One of the best parts of buying from National Mattress was how easy and transparent everything was. The price was excellent, and their price match guarantee gave me confidence that I was truly getting the best deal available. They also offer a 100-day sleep guarantee, which provides great peace of mind knowing I could exchange it if it didn’t work out—though it’s clear I won’t be needing that. Delivery was smooth and professional. The delivery service kept me updated with both calls and SMS notifications so I knew exactly when to expect my new mattress. It arrived right on time and in perfect condition, exactly as promised. As for the mattress itself, it’s been fantastic so far. I prefer a firm bed, and this one gives just the right amount of support while remaining comfortable throughout the night. I’ve already noticed a difference—sleeping cooler and waking up feeling more rested. Overall, I’m thrilled with my purchase and can’t recommend National Mattress enough for their great service, pricing, and quality products.”

“I had a problem ordering online and so I had to go in person because my card was not cooperating - I managed to find an even better deal and it was delivered within a few days (the exact day I set it for at a very good time!). I am adjusting very nicely to the mattress, for only a few hundred dollars it is such a perfect fit for the loft I have. Thank you so much for the incredible service and mattress!”

“I had a great experience with National Mattress! Their Markham showroom had a wide variety of mattresses available to test, and unlike other mattress stores, their employees aren't paid on commission, so it was a much more relaxed, hands-off affair than other stores where it can often feel like you're being constantly hounded to buy something. After selecting my desired mattress, it was a painless process to have it delivered to my condo. Bonus points for having a very accurate delivery window and live delivery tracking the day of.”

“I drove in from Oshawa to Markham and was greeted by Henry on a Saturday morning. Having purchased several mattresses in the past from well known establishments, I wasn't prepared for what unfolded. Henry was the easiest going person I've ever met selling furniture or mattresses - he never chased me around the store, but instead asked what my preferences for a mattress were and guided me to a Beautyrest model. Henry explained the inns and outs of the mattress business, and was honest to a fault. I will and have already referred people to Henry - he's an honest, first class human being. Keep up the great work Henry. -Randy”

“We purchased a SERTA® Perfect Sleeper® Premium 15" Firm Pillow Top Mattress - King in October, 2025 and we enjoyed dealing with Yaman, who was more than great to deal with. Yaman went out of his way to accomodate our request for delivery. The matteress was delived in a timely manner without any issues and the delivery men were also great and helpful. After using this new matteress for about 3 weeks, we are very happy with its quality.”

“I recently bought a mattress from National Mattress at a great price . After sleeping on it for one night i realized it wasn’t the right fit for me . The next day I went back to the store and the staff were incredibly kind and understanding . They told me it was no problem at all to exchange it I picked a different mattress and they delivered the new one very quickly while taking the old one back at no extra cost . The whole process was smooth , professional and stress free . I am extremely satisfied with their customer service and the quality of their product. Highly recommended”
