“The associate at the store is very knowledgeable and professional. Their suggestions are very helpful. The delivery is quick and the mattresses, spring boxes and the stands are good quality. Overall, the experience exceeds my expectations.”

“I received call around 12 noon about my delivery. I was not at home . I asked wheather they can deliver around 4pm . They told me that they can’t do that.”

“The shopping process was great, the staff were knowledgeable, patient, and helped ensure i purchased the best mattress for me, they helped me navigate getting a split queen box spring and when it came to the delivery they gave clear communication on when to expect my delivery and when it would arrive, the delivery person was helpful and courteous, overall a 5-star experience, especially by compare to my experiences elsewhere.”

“I only have 1 night experience as I got the mattress yesterday. But my first night on it was great. Extremely comfortable mattress! However it arrived with some of the threads loose!! Please see pics attached. Is this normal?”

“Really good sales and service. One area of improvement would be not making me wait a week or pay $50 when I was 10 minutes out of the delivery area. that was the only poor service part. otherwise pricing, and Terri were amazing. Thank you.”

“The entire process was very easy and informative. I always wish you could’ve gotten our mattress with him one or two days of purchase, but we were OK to wait another couple of days as they see them very busy and had lots of deliveries to make. So far, the product is wonderful.”
