“Its more than a week now. No delivery confirmation yet. Called about the delivery status, I was told it may take another 1-2 week. In this age of same-day or next day delivery, didn't anticipate this. Shouldn't have ordered from here.”

However, the specific item you purchased was out of stock at the time. As our team mentioned during your visit in-store, we are currently waiting on a shipment from our supplier to fulfill your order. “We recently bought a mattress and had a really great experience. It’s super comfortable and has honestly improved our sleep so much. Arnold was amazing! He was so helpful, patient, and easy to talk to. He really took the time to help us find the right fit without any pressure. Highly recommend!”

“Great customer support. I had to return my mattress and it was a seemless process. The four is because I am still waiting for a refund since I have to donate it and get a receipt which I have not been able to do. Overall it was a great experience”

“We needed a new mattress and read good things about National Mattress Outlet online. The experience did not disappoint! The sales staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, but not at all pushy. I always felt like I was getting good advice as opposed to a hard "sell" on an upgrade. We were helped by Eden, who was very knowledgeable and helped us a lot in narrowing down our selection. We didn't feel rushed and got to try all of the different mattresses in the warehouse. Once we made our decision, the purchase was straightforward and we had our mattress delivered within a couple of days. All of the inventory have prices and descriptions posted right on the products, so there are no surprises. The sales representatives even helpfully explained how the showroom was laid out with different products and price ranges. All in all, this was a fantastic experience. I'll definitely come back when it's time to purchase another mattress, and will recommend this store to friends and family.”

“We recently worked with Arnold at National Mattress Outlet in Markham, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Arnold was trustworthy, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. There were no pressure sales tactics — just a straightforward approach focused on understanding our needs, how we sleep, what we were looking for, and what would make the most sense for our budget. We tried nearly every mattress in the store, and there was a great variety to choose from. Arnold helped us narrow everything down in a way that felt practical and informed. Funny enough, we ended up choosing the same mattress he personally uses, which gave us even more confidence in the decision. The store itself was clean, well laid out, and easy to shop in. The delivery was also surprisingly fast, and the delivery team was polite, professional, and easy to work with. Overall, we’re very happy with the mattress, the service, and the entire experience. Great value, great selection, and great service. Thanks to Arnold and National Mattress Outlet — we’d be happy to work with them again in the future.”
