“Shivam was exceptionally helpfulI had a fantastic experience at National Mattress in Kitchener! I came in with my husband and two impatient kids, and Shivam S. was incredibly professional and respectful of our space while we initially browsed. Once we were ready to move faster, he jumped right in to help us find exactly what we were looking for. He went above and beyond by calling other locations to verify the condition of a specific King mattress we were eyeing. Because of his honesty and the information he gathered, we decided to go in a different direction. He seamlessly helped us find a similar mattress that stayed within our budget and even made sure we had the right protector to fit. Shivam made a potentially stressful shopping trip easy and successful. We’ll definitely be back for our future mattress needs!”

“My girlfriend and I recently bought a mattress from National Mattress and had the pleasure of working with Suraj. I personally hadn’t bought a mattress in over 15 years (yes… it was definitely time 😅). Suraj was incredibly patient with us and took the time to explain all the different mattress types and price ranges—from budget-friendly to “wow, that’s fancy.” He went above and beyond by showing us a variety of brands and letting us test out what felt like every mattress in the store. Normally, mattress shopping can feel a bit like buying a used car—very pushy and awkward—but Suraj was the complete opposite. He was relaxed, helpful, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. We ended up buying our mattress about an hour before closing on Saturday, and somehow it was delivered to our place the very next morning. Truly impressive service! If you’re in the market for a new mattress, don’t sleep on this place (I had to 😄). Make sure you ask for Suraj. We’ve been using our new mattress for about a week now and it’s been amazing. Thanks again, Suraj!”

“I was so impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the salesman. He made it simple for us to pick the right mattress. The price was beyond belief. We looked around various places like the brick , no comparison. If you need a mattress or pillows this is the place to go. Such a huge selection and range in price. Free delivery and quick. We actually went in store and greeted immediately. Customer service was exceptional”
