“We have been a regular customer of National Mattress and have purchased a few mattresses in the past year. I can say that the quality and comfort of their mattresses is very good and the delivery is also very quick. I recently also exchanged one of the mattresses and the entire experience was very convenient, great customer service. I would highly recommend national mattress.”

“I recently purchased a new mattress from National Mattress Outlet in Hamilton and had a great overall experience. The in-store representatives were knowledgeable, respectful, and never made me feel pressured to buy. Delivery was very quick—arriving the next day—and their sleep trial policy made it easy to feel confident in my choice. Overall, a smooth and stress-free process. I would definitely shop here again.”

“National Mattress surpassed my expectations. I was happy with the attention and service, and the helpful insights and suggestions when trying to narrow down decisions. The staff were friendly, I didn’t feel like they were hovering or pushing me into a sale, and the variety of selection was good. I would probably go back for future purchases.”

“I had a great experience at National Mattress. The staff were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the different mattress options without any pressure to buy. They helped me find the perfect mattress based on my comfort and budget. The quality of the mattresses and the prices were excellent compared to other stores I visited. The delivery process was smooth and on time, and the overall customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend National Mattress to anyone looking for a comfortable mattress and honest service. Definitely worth visiting!”

“Unbeatable prices and fantastic customer service with a return policy that I’ve not seen elsewhere. Their unbiased reviews are informative and data-driven which helped immensely in deciding which mattress to purchase as a side-sleeper with a back injury and chronic pain. We recently moved, and I ordered our first mattress from Wayfair due to the low cost and not-terrible reviews. Turns out the foam was harder than rocks and worsened my injury on all fronts; I hadn’t slept right in weeks when I found this site. When I inquired about a rough ETA on a backordered Springwall plush mattress, NM were superbly helpful and had my tracking information available promptly the following morning. A fantastic business all-around that made me feel valued as a customer and confident in my decision. Wouldn’t have been able to afford such a quality mattress anywhere else, and the generous warranty has put me right at ease. I’m excited to sleep through the night without pain for the first time in a long time, and I know where to go if I ever need another mattress. Cheers! :)”

“Everything went really smooth. The Mattress I ordered was an open bag so we were little worried but it came in superb condition. The customer service was also very quick to respond and solved an issue I was having in few emails. Great service. The delivery guys were also very nice.”

“Super efficient and kind team! Yaman was very nice, and my mattress was delivered so quickly. Most companies, you have to wait weeks- I got mine in 2 days. The delivery guys were very helpful and sweet, would buy here again for sure.”

“We were thrilled with the service. Our salesman Pavan was knowledgeable and helpful. He was even able to anticipate our questions. We made two visits to the store before we made our decision. Once the decision was made the transaction and delivery were a breeze! We will definitely recommend!!”

“I urgently needed a mattress and in a hurry. I got what I was looking for in less than 15 minutes, for a great price. The mattress is hosted a comfortable sleep for my son while he stayed with me for a week. The owner helped me tremendously and even loaded it into my car.”
