“Went to the store to pick a mattress , stuff was super nice and showed me all the options I needed to chooses a mattress perfect for my back pain . Delivery was next day and it was free . Couldn’t be more happy! Choose a 13” spring mattress that’s firm .”

I want to specifically mention Arnold for taking the time to share details of what is available, where to find what I am looking for and making the transaction seamless. I recommend Arnold for everyone's mattress inquiries, and recommend National Mattress for deals and discounts on some quality merchandise.”

“I purchased an extra-firm mattress two weeks ago. However, it has already started to sink and feels much softer than expected. I am unable to sleep comfortably, and it is causing back pain. The place where flower it’s start sinking.”

“My delivery was cancelled due to the driver getting ill. I had a very hard time reaching the store to reschedule the delivery. But once reached, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The customer service team tried their best to accommodate my requests and reschedule my delivery.”

“Staff were very helpful during the purchase at the actual store location and had answers for any question I asked. Delivery went smoothly and only took two or three days to deliver after purchase. The mattress itself is super comfortable and I am just trying to decide if I like the adjustable bed or not. That will take a few days to figure out. Hats off to Henry for being super helpful and very quick in responses.”

“Just bought our second mattress here because our first buying experience 2.5 years ago for a chirofoam went great and still happy with that. This time around Jevon was a great help not only answering our questions but also honoring their online sale price for a pillow we were looking at. Any future mattress purchase would definitely be made here, and if you're not close by, it's worth the trek up!”

“Very helpful, great price and delivered to your door for free. I can recommend heading into their showroom and trying out the mattresses selection. The staff was helpful and there was no pressure, we ended up getting a matress protector, sheets and pillows due to the great service and the competitive pricing.”

“I first learned of Natioanl mattress online, after searching thheir site I aws impressed with the variety of mattresses and their pricing, visited their Hamilton location next day, easy to find location with many items to try, settled on my intial choice.
