“It was a great experience, I highly recommend National Mattress to anyone looking for a high quality mattress for a good price. The customer service was great, I was helped by (I think his name was Ben) he was very helpful and nice. Very fast delivery of the mattress, and I’m highly satisfied and will definitely be recommending this place to everyone I know.”

“Great experience with Conor at National Mattress in North York. We came in with an idea of what we were looking for from the website and Conor gave us a few more tips. We were able to see and feel all sorts of different brands and mattresses firmness. We had all of our questions answered and felt very informed and comfortable making our purchase. Delivery was quick and arrived as scheduled. We were kept informed as to delivery timing by text and email as well as a call when our delivery was next. Overall very pleased. We were also able to take advantage of VIP savings for box springs and mattress cover.”

“Logan at the Markham location showed me around and got me a mattress that suited my needs. He was very knowledgeable and patient. I got my mattress the very next day and I'm very pleased with it. Thanks to Logan and National Mattress for helping me get an affordable option and a now more comfortable sleep!”

“Store assistants are friendly and knew the products well. They guided us to see different types of mattresses either foam or coils and gave us free time to browse around without pushing us to purchase. Prices are very competitive and we bought one and they reminded us we could exchange once to other types of mattresses if we are not fully satisfied with the existing one. With free and punctual delivery. I highly recommend.”

“The store was well-organized and offered mattresses to suit every budget. Arnold, the sales associate, was incredibly pleasant and welcoming. He provided valuable information about the different mattress options and guided us toward making a well-informed purchase. I absolutely love National Mattress Markham and highly recommend this location to anyone in the market for a new mattress.”

Here’s a positive review you can use: --- I recently purchased a bamboo high density foam mattress from the National Mattress location in Hamilton, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The price was very affordable compared to other stores, and the quality of the mattress is outstanding—super comfortable and supportive. The staff provided excellent service, answering all my questions and helping me choose the right mattress without any pressure. Delivery was right on time and hassle-free.
