“This was a very stress free and user friendly experience. I researched what mattress fit my needs and National Mattress had the best price. I placed my order and my mattress was dispatched on the day that that they said it would be. The delivery driver was thorough and took multiple photos of the delivery and called me to make sure that it was delivered properly. I would 100% shop here again and will be recommending to family and friends.”

“I was notified of my delivery time accurately and the mattress was easy to get up the stairs as it was rolled up. The quality seems good so far- the off gassing was strong at first but I had a few days to let it air out/expand.”

“National Mattress has been wonderful for all of our family’s mattress needs. We bought their natural latex mattress last year, as it was the cheapest, cleanest option we could find anywhere. We’ve lived it so much we just bought 2 more for other family members. Their customer service in store and via their website and delivery is awesome. They are helpful, courteous and make the whole process easy. Their free delivery option is much appreciated and communicated well about timing. Ultimately, we chose national mattress because of their amazing prices, but have many more reasons to keep coming back.”

This time, I decided to go with a mattress paired with a flexible base, and the experience has been excellent from start to finish. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable, making the process smooth and stress-free. They took the time to understand my needs and helped me choose the perfect setup. The quality of both the mattress and the adjustable base is outstanding, and it has made a noticeable difference in comfort and sleep quality. “Jevon was extremely informative and explained how the store worked. He was kind and thorough when answering our questions. He also had great taste for the mattress because we unknowingly chose his employee pick. He was able to guide us and upon our first visit and just a short period of looking around, we placed our order with him. Thanks Jevon! Hope to work with him again in the future. We have not yet received the mattress yet as we are yet to move into our home, so I am unable to answer the other questions regarding delivery.”

“My son recommended to us he bought his there and it's a very nice the gentleman very helpful it's a little problem I shouldn't call it problem they need to dust the top of the beds when we tried when I got up and my back was very dusty but other than that 10 out of 10 thank you very much for your help.”
