“Very good experience. We went to the store at Steels Ave. A lot of mattresses to choose and diffrent brands and qualities. We found the mattress that we needed. Big thank you to Yaman A. that was very helpfull, professional, polite and patient on answering all our questions. Highly recomended.”

“Amazing collection. Perfect for types, soft, plush, firm, extra firm. The mississauga location outlet has a wonderful and helpful team. They are patient enough to explain the pros and cons of the mattress along with useful suggestions. Definitely recommended for mattress purchase.”

“Originally, I was impressed with the price, quality and service when I first bought a mattress for my youngest son when he moved out a few months ago, that I just purchased a second one for my eldest who is moving out this week. Unfortunately, within an hour of delivery, my son determined the box spring was too high and disproportionate to the bed frame and decided not to use it. I called to ask if we could return it. They refused because he had taken the plastic packaging off it. This was within an hour of delivery!!! I can't see how they can possibly take back a mattress with their 100 night sleep trial guarantee... so this must be a scam. Do they really expect you would keep the plastic wrapping on a mattress to sleep on??? It's not like we wanted a refund on the boxspring, just an exchange for a low profiile one. I will never do business with this company again.”

“I recently made a purchase, never heard anything regarding the delivery. I’ve had to call several times and still there is no eta on the delivery of a product after weeks of purchase. Now the price of the product has dropped and I still haven’t even been contacted by your third party “gobolt” for delivery. I’m not happy about his experience at all. I’m still in limbo…”

“Connor was absolutely amazing from the first day. He laid out all the facts and didn’t overwhelm me. He was super kind and honest. As a store manager, I believe his customer service was top tier. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase anything. Everytime I went in I was greeted with kindness and honesty which I very much appreciated. There were 2 other gentleman there when I went and they were super kind and funny. 10/10 recommendations. I would definitely go back and recommend others to go as well.”

“I like the website it's very clear and well organized, which made purchasing easy, but it was occasionally slow to load. There was a big issue initially. I was very frustrated because the system somehow flagged my legitimate purchase as fraudulent so the order didn't go through, without notifying me. So I waited all Saturday expecting a mattress that didn't come, but when I called customer service he was able to fix the issue. At this point I was considering choosing a different mattress retailer out of frustration, but I had hope in National Mattress's quality and reputation. I am a first time customer. Now that the mattress was reordered and actually delivered, I've changed my opinion. The real time tracking updates were helpful during the delivery and the driver was professional. Now I am very impressed with the quality of the mattress. It suits my needs perfectly, I chose the extra firm National Mattress mattress and I feel very pleased with my choice. The comfort and support has completely won me over, at a reasonable price. I can already tell my sleep is improved, bettering my whole life. Would highly recommend National Mattress to others. I rated 4/5 stars considering the poor initial experience, but overall positive experience.”
