“We went in looking for RV queen short mattresses and Alex was great and very informative on the mattresses. He didn't pressure us to buy and we took our time and found one we liked. I like their guarantee as well if you don't like it. Would highly recommend National Mattress.”

“Having sold off the previous queen mattress from Structube, we were looking to get a good firm king size mattress. A random search on the internet, and I stumbled upon National Mattress, with the reviews looking very promising. I called up the store to get a hang of the starting price for a firm king size mattress. The rep was very helpful and polite, he asked me to visit the website to see their range. Looking at the mattresses on the site, we made up our mind to visit the store, and was there in a couple of hours. We were looking for something really firm, not just the label mentioning it. The last mattress we had was a costly one but too soft for our liking, hence this time we were a bit cautious to not settle for something we would regret later. Looking at the range of mattresses in the store, we took some time to try a few different mattresses and then agreed upon NM HD 10" Extra-Firm Flippable High Density Foam mattress. We placed the order right there and were told that it would arrive the next day. We were looking forward to trying the new mattress. On the next day, we received a text about the time window when the mattress would be delivered. There was a live tracking link provided too. I was following the live tracking and also got a message letting me know the ETA. It was very helpful and assuring. Soon, the delivery guys arrived and handed over the mattress to us. We tried the mattress and immediately felt the difference. The night's sleep was very peaceful, especially given that we a baby co-sleeping with us, who is less than a year and did not wake up during the entire night. We too felt quite fresh in the morning. Overall we think we made a good choice and our purchase was a huge success.”

“We had a great experience, Suraj’s customer service was exceptional. He took his time showing us different options of mattresses and explaining the differences and what he thought was best for what we were looking for. We had gone to many other places but with Suraj’s knowledge and patience we couldn’t think about going anywhere else. And to top it off we absolutely love our mattress. So thank you Suraj for all of your help”

“I had problems with delivery. Second delivery was scheduled for Sunday but was not sent out. Had to wait for the following weekend. Third delivery was accidently sent on Friday, but we received it on Saturday. However Customer service was very kind.”
