“The moonlight king size mattress I purchased from the store is pretty comfortable maybe a little bit stiff but still okay probably meant for back sleepers not so much side sleepers but overall it's alright and not terrible”

“A very wide selection of mattresses at very good prices, quick shipping and great customer service! I bought two mattresses and excited to start sleeping on it. I love that there is a 365 night trial, which you can exchange or refund if the bed doesn’t end up suiting your sleeping needs. Highly recommended!”

“Poor customer service and post order service. I ordered a mattress which I got to know will take three weeks but we needed earlier so the person on call said I am cancelling your order. But it's been almost 10 days since I am waiting for the cancellation. No response to the multiple emails I sent.”

“Hi this is our third purchase of a mattress from National Mattress over the passed years . Purchased our first on in 2016 which i am replacing now, one for the spare room replaced in 2021. Visisted the Mississauga store on Dundas and dealt with Pavan S i explained i had back problems and he guided me to different mattress that would work well for me. Narrowed it down to 2 and now i have a new one. Thanks Pavan for being professional and helping me out to get the perfect mattress. Ask for Pavan when you visit this store he's a knowledgeable person . You won't be disappointed .”

“I can't remember feeling happier ! I just purchased my 3rd large mattress from National Mattress! From scoping what I needed, to coming into their store to test it out, to delivery and mostly importantly sending a team back to help push the king size mattress upstairs through tight stairs, this company wowed me with promptness and exeptional customer service. I recommend them to anyone looking beyond the buying transaction to a mattress experience.”

“Amazing Mattresses!! They have a wide variety ranging from soft to extra-firm based on customer preferences. “It was our first time buying a mattresses after moving to Canada . We ended up in the store after some initial research, spent a little time selectikg the mattresses and were quickly out with our purchases. Firstly, we loved the mattresses - just the way we wanted them. Secondly, it was a great customer experience from purchase to delivery.”
