“Payment receipt not given to us. We had purchased two mattresses. We are not happy. Invoice is sent to us through email only. No hard copy from printer. We purchased 2 mattresses: king and double. When mattress reached at home, then we came to know that double mattress has a spring inside it. This info of spring not disclosed to us at the time of selection and buying. We are absolutely Not Not Happy”

“The customer experience at National Mattress was wonderful. Eden, the sales representative, assisting us was knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He explained how their system worked and then he let us shop. He did not hover. When we had questions, he was available to answer them. We loved the "no pressure" sales experience.”

“We went in on Saturday looking for 2 twin mattresses for our kids. We got everything we wanted and the sales guy was super knowledgeable and even signed me up for VIP so I could get 50% off the higher quality mattress protector as my little guy is still potty training at night. I only took away a star cuz we had to wait to talk to him but that wasn't his fault, it was busy and he was the only employee there. We took one of our mattresses home and the other should be available for pick up this week, he offered to set us up with free delivery but we wanted to pick up. Overall we had an awesome experience! That young man (Hephzibah is the name on the receipt) was amazing and deserves some recognition.”

Henry was incredibly informative and took the time to walk us through the different types of mattresses, explaining the pros and cons of each in a way that was easy to understand. He was patient, knowledgeable, and never pushy. Thanks to his help, we were able to pick the perfect mattress for our needs. Thank you!”

“I can't read website descriptions without being booted down to the bottom of the screen to the reviews section. I would prefer to read the description in peace without being interrupted by this. It’s very annoying and intrusive! I will not buy for that reason.”

“First time buyer The minute I stepped in to the show room I was greeted by two staff members that great me like family. Ask me what I was interested in I told them and one of them took me to the back room. She explained how it all worked and said have a look around take your time and if you have any questions just ask. So I ended up buying a mattress and cover. Thank to you both.”
