“I don’t normally write reviews, especially one that is requested of me by a company, but I had such a great purchasing experience that I am happy to tell others. The lovely dude helping my mom by a mattress was patient, informative and did not pressure us into buying any particular mattress. He helped us get the right one for her. The delivery was also swift and efficient. Great experience. Thanks!”

“The reason I’m only giving this a three star is because even though our service at the warehouse, In Barrie was great. We still haven’t received our mattress. In fact they told us because we wanted a king size Stearns imposter that we would have to wait a month so when we get it, we will let you know how we like it. Thank you.”

“I bought two queen box springs and two queen mattresses from the Barrie store. Alex, the store manager and his staff are friendly and very service oriented. Alex got us what we needed in a very short time. He was extremely responsive and helpful in loading the mattresses into our pick up. We were disappointed with the National Mattress store and staff in the North York location and went to the store located in Barrie. What a difference!”

“The initial customer experience in store was good, but could be improved.. The gentleman left me on my own to try out your top of the line mattresses. He could of gave me ideas or recommendations on what to buy, but it all worked out in the end. I then called the customer service number to make sure they were going to remove my old mattresses as I bought mattress bags and the "white glove service". When I called other number the gentleman said the " we don't remove mattresses anymore" I asked him if he could look into it as I mentioned the above, and he said he would check and call me back.. I made the call at 0900 and again at 1400: he said he was still checking. This caused anxiety as I have a disability and can not lift them... He called me back at 1400 and said " oh yeah, you have the white glove service and we will remove them. The delivery as fine and fast! Love the new bed!”

“Very pleased so far. Had a few hiccups but the customer service has been great. From the salesperson Wayne, Greg, as well as the delivery guys. Excellent communication and commitment to a quality experience. So far the mattress has been great! Finally we have enough room for us AND the dog!”
