“We purchased a mattress from the Hamilton location and were helped by Wayne. He was absolutley fantastic. Answered all of our questions, pulled out more mattresses for “testing” and let is take as long as we needed to make a decision. He then set up our delivery and that also went perfectly. Communication was very thorough and the delivery was exactly the time time estimated. Overall a great experience. We will definately be back. Family members will be directed there as well. Thanks again for everything.”

“Wow. Easiest online purchase I have ever made from deciding what is the best mattress for us, the savings value and next day delivery. Received a text that the delivery guys were 20 minutes away and showed up early. Will definitely be me go to for any future mattress purchases”

“Product was exactly as advertised and showed up with a minimum of fuss. After choosing a delivery slot, mattress was delivered for free, probably within 24 hours. Good value, as well.”

“Delivery speed was excellent, despite being Black Friday season. The delivery crew even brought our mattress base into our house rather than leaving it outside in the snow, despite not paying for this. Great company! Would order from again”

“I had a good experience with the one at Dundas St, Mississauga location. Someone attended me and explained options that I have. When I decided to buy, I went to Heartland location and over there no one attended me. Maybe because they thought I already knew what I wanted. They just pointed the aisle to look into. Maybe that's why it's cheaper than other stores.”

“Wish I had known about this store before spending my time in the more pricey ones. The customer service at the downtown Mississauga location is exceptional. It took a while before I found the right mattress - and the staff were very knowledgeable and patient. I've recommended this store to my friends and family. I'll definitely be heading here myself for all future purchases! A big thank you again to the staff for their time and patience.”

“National Mattress provides all of the top brand mattresses at very competitive prices. Since they specialize in mattresses, their entire retail space is filled with examples of most brands ranging in both price as well as firmness. The retail staff proved to be very knowledgeable and friendly without the usual pressure experienced in big box stores that sell everything. In addition, the retail stores are easily accessible with plenty of parking. An added bonus is next-day delivery with advanced text messaging confirming time of arrival.”

“I was recommended by my coworkers to use national mattress to find a new bed. On my feet at work and needed something that could help me recover from that kind of physical stress. It’s been a month and feels a significant improvement after purchasing a medium firm mattress. Customer service replies were quick and efficient. Price was better than a lot of what you see out there. Good stuff.”
