“Great mattress and customer service! The delivery person was super helpful and went out of their way to make sure the mattress could be most conveniently moved to my new condo. My second bedroom is now so comfortable to sleep in. Will buy another mattress for my master bedroom soon!”

“I had been researching mattresses for some time when I came across several options. After comparing prices, I found that National Mattress offered the most competitive rates. They also provided a price-matching policy, and I tried my best to find a better deal elsewhere; unfortunately, it was impossible, as they truly have the best prices in the market. I was very impressed with their speedy delivery, as they delivered my mattress the next day. Thanks for the impeccable service and timely delivery!”

“Price was decent but so far I’m VERY unpleased :( The website said next day delivery.. Then the first email I got said I’d be receiving my mattress on Sunday April 26. It is now Wednesday evening and still no mattress. :( k had plans and this has messed it all up! I emailed the company but hadn’t heard back, so I phoned them. They said it’s a website glitch and hopefully I’ll be getting it soon.. no actual information about when. They didn’t know if it had shipped or not, when it would arrive, or a tracking number. I spent a lot of money on the mattress and now I’m wondering if it’s even coming. I’m going to need to make other sleeping arrangements, too.”

“I was asked to pay the delivery people 40$ cash to take the matress and boxapring into my condo, or they were going to leave them in the lobby. They also left the plastic on the matress.”

“Gregory S. was extremely helpful throughout the process. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and took the time to walk me through a variety of mattress options. He clearly explained the pros, cons, and key differences between each one, which made the decision much easier. At no point did I feel any pressure or that he was steering me in a particular direction—just honest, helpful guidance. It was a very comfortable and positive experience overall.”
