“The five stars are based on the website how user-friendly it is and how great of an experience it was to shop through the website. I haven’t received the mattress yet. Hopefully it will be a great fit but so far I’m very satisfied by how great the website was and how detailed the information was displayed. It helped me a better understand how mattresses work. I was also able to compare different mattresses together, which a lot of other websites do not offer. Thank you for this experience and hopefully the mattress is great as well.”

“Going to National Matress was a great experience. They only deal with mattresses and nothing else. They allowed for me an my wife to lay on the mattresses to test them and they didn't mind us going back and forth to make or decision. The workers there weren't like the normal sales people so there was no pressure of someone hanging around giving sales pitches like other mattress companies. The price were amazing too. Mattresses that you would see other places were the same kind for 2 to 4x the price. So price for quality are cheap and they also have 100 day exchange try out. I will only buy from National Mattress from now on. Thanks for the comfortable bed. Now to get a good night's rest...”

“Best place to purchase any kind of mattress you are looking for. They have a great collection of mattress brands with multiple options to choose from. I was amazed at their collection all under one roof which made it easier to choose the kind of mattress I wanted. Must visit to make your next purchase. I love my Serta Hybrid firm mattress!”

“Visited National Mattress Plus with my wife and we were pleasantly surprised by how easy the whole experience was. We were able to find exactly the mattress we wanted without feeling rushed, and the staff were genuinely knowledgeable, taking time to explain the differences between options and answer our questions. Their help made it much simpler to compare comfort and support, and we left feeling confident we’d made the right choice.”

“I recently purchased a queen-size mattress from National Mattress and overall I’m happy with the experience. The price was very competitive compared to other stores. The only reason I’m not giving a full 5 stars is that communication around delivery could have been a bit clearer, but everything worked out in the end. Overall, I’d recommend National Mattress if you’re looking for good value and a solid selection FYI, I live in Vancouver not Ontario.”

“A very smooth quick process when i ordered online. Recieved an Email right back with the confimation and appxomate delivery date. Delivery date and time followed later. Mattress was delivered inside the two hour window that was stated. I would deffinetly deal with this company again and recommend it to others. thank you for your great service. BMF”

“This is the second mattress we purchase with National Mattress. As far as our research goes, their quality and price cannot be beaten. We made one purchase in 2023, and another one at the end of December, and we're very happy with both - price and mattress quality.”
