“Went into their store with my previous older number. They were able to tell me which mattress I had previously bought for my other son and I ordered another. Already pleased with this mattress quality. They delivered the next day. Excellent service and product.”

“It was a great experience. They have so many options to choose from. Itook my sweet time to try many mattresses and got the one I like. Sales guys are not pushing or rushing you to buy or make decision.”

“The website has a phenomenal amount of options and information. I was able to start my process online, and then go to a NM location to test out the mattresses I was interested in. The associate Will at the Kitchener location was exceptionally helpful and assisted in person. Afterward I worked with Will via phone and email to find the best mattresses and frames for my wife and I and Will was very patient and helpful with all my questions. Payment was fast and easy, and communication via email has been very good so far. Looking forward to getting our new beds, and I'm confident that if there are any changes required that NM will continue to be easy to work with.”
