“The mattress had damage on 2 corners which was not visible until it was brought upstairs and flipped over. I called and emailed with pictures and no response. I emailed again and no response.”

“Why I gave a good rating, because Yaman was honest with me when I was asking questions about the mattress. He didn't pressure me or push me in one direction. He was kind and polite. Thanks Yaman!”

“Listen- if you want an actual amazing mattress with ample time to try it and an amazing 365 day warrantee then buy your mattress here. I was very skeptical buying a hybrid foam mattress again as I had a bad experience with another high end store had to return the mattress due to a manufacturing defect. When I came into this store the representative was very knowledgeable and very helpful and empathetic to my concerns . This made me super confident in the purchase and so far so great. My 8 year old loves her mattress - we got the NM® Hi-Loft™ 10" Medium Firm Euro Top Mattress - Double/Full and it’s great ! It’s 10 inch thick with a nice pillow top and she actually sleeps in her own bed now. Comfort is everything! Thanks again National Mattress”

“bought mattress over a month ago, was told it would be delivered in a week. 5 weeks later, no updates or communication that the mattress never arrived in warehouse. I had to call multiple times to ask for updates, and each time I was given another date, and each time that date came and went. last time I called, the mattress had arrived in warehouse but I was never notified. I shouldn't have to call and chase this so much just to get it delivered.”
