“Staff in-store was polite and knowledgeable and were willing to accomodate a fast delivery. Delivery staff were courteous, efficient and communicated extremely well. Delivery was smooth and issue-free. It is extremely likely that I will buy my mattresses here from know on. Thank you!”

“For the price and great quality of mattresses. the shopkeepers were very helpful and straight to the point. They were not trying to hard sell anything. I explained my budget and what I was looking for and they provided it. Delivered it within 2 days as well.”

“We were looking for a queen size mattress and after going thru lots of website and store we came across National Mattress , we went to one of their store in Mississauga, ON, Canada location. We were greeted by Pawan who very patiently helped us try various mattress as per our comfort and our budget and were able to decide and picked the one we wanted right away. Siraj finally helped us with other accessories and scheduled our free delivery for next day. The Delivery guys brought the mattress and placed it where we wanted it with a smile. Over all very good customer service . We will definitely going to refer it to all our friends , who will be looking for mattress in the future. Thx”

“The sales staff in the store were extremely helpful but the delivery people did not know that I had paid extra to have the mattress put in the bedroom. They also left dirty marks on the walls. It is too soon to comment on the quality of the mattress.”

“Everything came on time and with a reasonable length window for delivery! Everything we received was exactly as expected, and we are now peacefully sleeping on our new mattress and box spring/foundation!”

“The product was excellent and the delivery was handled with care. However, if possible, I believe some people would greatly appreciate it if assistance were available to bring the item inside the house upon request. Good beds can be very heavy, and I imagine it must be quite difficult for elderly people or women to carry them.”

“One of the best experiences I've had as a customer. From the moment I arrived in-store, Suraj showed me many different options, asking for specific feedback and educating me about the features, so he could guide me to the next potential mattress. Once he was done showing me my options, he let me take my time trying the beds. Not once did I feel pressured to buy or about the time I was taking to decide. And I've got a mattress I'm looking forward to sleeping on for a very long time!”
