“Excellent Serta Mattress, Best rest I had over a decade ago real upgrade from a memory foam mattress, The Serta Mattress doesn't trap heat , Very comfortable mattress, I got the Firm model I sleep on my side no issues. I recently injured my back at work the Serta mattress really relieved my lower back pain, mattress has a nice softness its hard to explain i truly recommend this mattress to everyone. I like the fact i have 10 years warranty. National Mattress company has the best exceptional customer service i have come across . The delivery driver very friendly. Whom ever is reading this review don't hesitate buy this mattress. Great investment!. Thank You National Mattress for saving my back”

“It turned out to be a hidden gem for us. It took only 10 minutes to decide on our purchase and everything else went very smoothly. Thanks to the sales man we were out of the store in literally 20 minutes compared to hours that we have spent in other stores. Our guide understood our needs and just took us to the exact mattress. No showing off other stuff. HE KNOWS HIS JOB LIKE THE BACK OF HIS HAND. Literally 20 minutes, paid and done can you imagine.”

“Absolutely stellar experience! Staff at the Markham Outlet (including Andrew) were very helpful without any pushiness, delivery was super fast, and we ended up paying a third of what Sleep Country quoted for a similar quality mattress. I don't understand why anyone would prefer to shop at a traditional mattress store.”

“Best experience. Purchased our NM 6 extra firm mattress from the Markham location yesterday. 1yr exchange or refund. Pick up is free. JEVON was professional, kind and super knowledgeable. The drop off was today. 2hr wait time unlike other delivery services that require you to be home all day. The driver was professional. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service.”
