“I'm always skeptical of online shopping, especially with something like mattresses where it's ideal to try out/physically see the product before you buy. National Mattress was everything the positive reviews described. Super-fast delivery, great communication from their drivers, and everything arrived packed well and in brand-new condition. I recommend NM to everyone!”

“I had a fantastic experience from start to finish in buying a mattress at National Mattress in January 2026. The sales team was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely friendly. Zero pressure and no nonsense. Buying the mattress was fast and easy, and the next-day delivery was perfect, on time and professional. “Shivam at the Kitchener store was great with my Mom's mattress purchase. He was knowledgeable, friendly and showed us the perfect perfect mattress and platform for her. Thanks Shivam. The store has so many mattresses to try and is clean. The delivery guys were great, too. I definitely recommend !”

“National Mattress was fantastic I ordered a mattress and 2 days later decided I wanted a different one I just emailed them and honestly it was a matter of 45 min I was gettingy new mattress. The refund was in my bank in 2 days. They are very professional and you won't find a mattress for a better price with fantastic quality.”

“We heard about the NM from a friend while looking for a high-quality mattress. We went to the store in Markham for the first time. Easy to find and navigate a place. Helpful and nice staff. They answered all the questions. Did not know mattresses were made in Canada, so I am much happier to purchase one. Delivery happened as expected. Really good experience, Kudos to the team.”

“I have purchased 3 mattresses from National Mattress in-store at the North York branch. I am happy with the value, customer service in-store (North York branch), and convenience of ordering with them (free shipping, delivery to front door service, exchange policy). I have exchanged one of my mattresses once as I wanted to change the firmness level and had a smooth experience. I am scheduled to receive 2 of the other mattresses in a few weeks and am confident the experience will be good again.”
