“It was a nice experience that offers a large variety of mattresses with also in budget and on the top of multiple purchase the rep also offers me further discount which on the top of everything that I experience there @ National Mattress. Would definitely recommend to try atleast once. Thanks”

“Everything from walking in the door at the Markham warehouse, to the purchase and delivery were bar none the easiest purchase in a long time. The 2 hour delivery window is FANTASTIC, these folks understand we have lives outside of deliveries lol. Great experience all around! The delivery guys were awesome!”

“This is my second purchase from National mattress. Had gotten a queen bed in 2023 medium firm and its held well all this years. As family size has increased my husband and I have now upgraded to a king size and moving the queen to the guest room. Great purchase”

“This was my first time at National Mattress, and the customer service was great. I was acknowledged when I walked in and was advised that the chap would be with me once he completed assisting the customer at the counter. I thanked him and advised him he could take his time, as I was not in a hurry. He came to assist. I had done my research and knew what I wanted to test, and he guided me to 3 different mattresses. Another customer arrived, and I advised that I would see him when I had made a decision. I chose the mattress and also bought a mattress cover. I paid and arranged for delivery on July 3, 2026. The chap I dealt with has excellent customer service skills and I was well looked after. I look forward to receiving the delivery tomorrow. Heather”

“Great selection! Had way more mattresses in house to try than I thought there would be. Sales guy didnt bother us. Let us come get him when we were ready. Payment and delivery setup was done in less then 5 min. Would go back for my next mattess”

“Choosing a mattress is not easy. The sales people here were very helpful explaining the differences in the choices available. Their warranty was comforting knowing we had choices if we weren't satisfied. Delivery was next day and went smoothly.”
