“Ironically we were looking for a mattress the same time (unknowingly) my son was looking for one. When I mentioned to my son we were looking for a mattress, he mentioned he had just purchased one from National Mattress after a long search and testing. With him doing all the legwork and after my wife tested his mattress at his house ... it only took 5 minutes to make an online purchase and pay for the mattress, base and cover. We were able to book a delivery within a few days of the purchase. We received a text the night before delivery and a call 30 minutes before they arrived. The delivery persons were very friendly and professional. This was one of the easiest (could have been the hardest) purchases made. They have all information online to confirm details of mattress and quality. They have reviews to confirm our purchase was the right one. I would not hesitate to make another purchase with National Mattress when the time comes.”

“Had my mattress, boxspring and bed frame delivered on the long weekend. Unfortunately I missed the first delivery, but the National Mattress team worked hard to get me my delivery that day. Exceptional services, this nurse really appreciated the service. My tempuredic mattress came in great shape and was very clean. The price was amazing for king size. I am so grateful! Thank you so much! Would 10/10 recommend National Mattress to anyone looking for a bed.”

“The pilling on the brand new mattress has not been sorted out by the head office. When one buys a new mattress you donot expect pilling when it is opened. If this is normal according to them then replace it as it will not make a difference to you but to me it does!”
