“The Mississauga North store was easy to finmd and the staff there were excellent and very knowledgable. They explained the differences in the various mattresses and showed differences between more premium and lower cost options. Truly a better experience than the chain stores and they had all of the matresses available to try different levels of firmness. In particular both Eden and Connor at Mississauga North are excellent. Just make sure the delivery is from their own National Mattress delivery teams and not from "contractor" delivery crews as they aren't good.”

“Awesome service from Conor T at the store. He was very gentle and helped me find the right mattress for me. I loved getting my mattress in less than 24hrs from the moment I tried it at the store. I'd totally recommend this store to my friends!!”

“We live in a time where everything is done digitally, from our latest mattress purchase to ordering groceries and even conducting the census with our electronic devices. We ordered and paid for our mattress through National Mattress’s website. Upon purchase, we received all the delivery details, including a tracking feature. We were kept updated as the delivery approached. The delivery men were polite, careful, and efficient, placing our mattress in the bedroom. Finally, the comfort of the new bed is undeniable. After just one night, we’re extremely satisfied and confident that the luxurious, plush feel will only improve. Thank you, Erwin”

“This experience was overall pleasant. The sales agent that I met at the Markham location name was Henry. He was knowledgable about the services and products that they offer. Delivery time was not the smoothest. Time kept changing. This caused an inconvenience as I lived in a condo and had to change the elevator booking three times. Same goes for getting help and having the mattress transported. The delivery guys on the other hand were extremely pleasant.”

“While it is easy to find products online, it is a pleasant surprise to find such attentive sales people. Never pushy, they listen very carefully to what I was looking for, and presented a couple different options that I would not have thought of otherwise. Highly recommend national mattress company”

“I wanted a high quality Latex pillow and was looking for a physical store to buy it from. Did my analysis and National Mattress came out on top. The person who helped me in store(Suraj) gave very good service and helped me pick out a suitable pillow. I was happy enough that I bought another one on the spot. However there was an unexpected misunderstanding and it was quickly resolved by Suraj the next day and I've been very happy with the pillow.”

“We got the best high density extra firm mattresses at the best price. We have been sleeping peacefully ever since! But what made the experience better was the buying process where we were patiently shown and explained everything about the mattress, price, returns and warranty. Suraj was very friendly and helped us throughout the entire process including shipping - whether two mattresses would fit in our car or not.”

“The customer service itself is great. However my order was cancelled due to a different shipping address vs billing address on the order. Nobody informed me of the cancellation and I only found out when I called to ask where my mattress is.”

“You have a large selection of mattress es ...helpful friendly staff who deliver on time ....unfortunately there seems to be a disconnect between shop sales people and delivery people ,(who were all friendly and helpful)....and getting correct product ..Hopefully just a one off mistake in my case ....Which was rectified immidietly.i would recommend your business to others looking for mattresses... thanks”
