“After i spoke with customer service department regarding my mattress i specifically told them to have white glove service be delivered to my room instead it was left upstairs in the middle of the hallway in my house awkawrd way of putting it not acceptable service. i give it 3 stars becasue of the white glove mattress and 3 stars quality of the mattress not so good and i feel more back pain do i get a refund or exchange well once you open the damn mattress cover no refund or any policy can help you so thats these guys any location thats there pathetic policy excuse first time buyer not happy.”

“I went to National Mattress after browsing many different big box stores - the selection available to try in person and the knowledgeable employees led me to choose a mattress the same day I walked into the store. Delivery was quick and right to my front door, only two days after I purchased it. Great service and value!”

“My earlier experience with the company was to purchase a king size mattress which would be safe for my husband who has balance issues getting in and out of bed. That experience was so successful that when faced with the need for a new mattress for family use at our cottage, it was obvious we would select National Mattress and were delighted to hear that the mattress could be delivered to our cottage in Minden Hills Ontario. Great experience from Henry this time, and his co worker for the king. Norah Prior. Mattress back order, not yet delivered.”

“The initial mattress we wanted was not in stock despite the website saying that it was available at the Markham location. The associate was able to help us locate another mattress and box spring so we purchased that one instead. He helped us load it onto our truck and the whole thing took less than half an hour. Thank you!”
