“The was a great experience. We went to the shop and the staff immediately help us search up a model that we saw another shop to find the same model and have us rest and providing the information. It was never pushing.”

“Making a purchase at National Mattress was a pleasant experience. As soon as I entered the store, I was approached by a nice gentelman who told me how to navigate the store. On my way to the back of the store another gentelman appeared, asked what I specifically needed, and directed me to the selection of mattresses to try. When I made a decision, the act of paying and arranging the delivery was prompt and courteous. Tomorrow my matteress is supposed to be delivered. I hope it will be as painless as buying it.”

“Online store rejected order twice due to incorrect fraud alert, with no message that my order was canceled. Drove one hour the store, but credit card terminal was broken. Had to come back another time the next day.”

“As you know, the outlet in Barrie has a limited selection of mattresses on display. Being close to Barrie I had to choose one that was available, and I settled on a Galaxy Twin made partly of Bamboo foam, the price on display was $262. When I came to the desk, I received an in voice for $289. I questioned Hayden Irwin and he explained there had been an increase of 10%. I objected and he called the supplier who confirmed the increase. On principle, I refused to accept the new price. So I had to settle on another mattress, a Sringwall which I have found satisfactory, but not the one I preferred.”

“Overall great experience purchasing my mattress. Sales staff were not pushy at all, but also very available and accommodating. I purchased delivery with my mattress and the delivery staff were punctual and very helpful with getting my mattress to where I needed it!”
