“We bought EVERGREEN™ 12" Tight-Top Medium-Firm Organic Latex Mattress for our guest bedroom. The purchase and delivery process was smooth. We have not had a chance to sleep on it yet, but it looks very solid and there was no smell of any sort after we open it.”

“I have been using King size of this NM Core since last few years and was looking for a very firm matress. I ordered same mattress in Queen again . Tried many of other mattress brands earlier but my back pain got relieved with this . Very Happy with purchase.”

“Ordered online a SEALY® Posturepedic® 800 Series 14" Plush Euro Top Mattress - Queen which was out of stock. We knew it was out of stock when ordering and knew the wait times would be longer due to high demand of the mattress we picked. We were okay with the wait. If we picked an in-stock mattress the delivery would have been about a week or so from what the website was showing. We got an email from Peter K. following up that it was out of stock and it would be shipped out as soon as it comes in. They sent an email to choose a delivery date, then followed up the day of with a couple emails and the delivery team called about 1hr 30minutes before arriving. Delivery team was from the store (own driver not a courier) they followed instructions very well, they were polite aswell. I didnt have to lift anything they carried it onto the porch as instructed. Mattress came in new condition, sealed in the bag. My wife has fibromyalgia & arthritis is her hips/lower back. She found the Mattress uncomfortable we were planning on doing an exchange but after sleeping on it for about 4 nights the bed was broken in and she loves it so much now that she pretty lives in the bed. I shopped around for pricing at the brick, leons, furniture outlet in brant and a few other smaller store. Price was way better by hundreds some stores were even close to $1000 more. Their pricing is unbeatable. We will be buying every mattress we need from them for now on.”

“Exceptional Quality and Phenomenal Customer Service! I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The customer service was absolutely phenomenal when I needed to make changes to my order. They were so helpful, accommodating, and wonderful to deal with throughout the entire process. I’m especially excited about my new non-toxic mattress, as investing in high-quality, healthier products for my home is incredibly important to me. I also purchased a beautiful wool duvet and a brand-new pillow, and the quality of all three products is outstanding! “I’ve been sleeping on this mattress for two days and my back feels so much better; the firmness is perfect for side sleeping and I haven't woken up in pain at all. The foot of the bed isn't very supportive, but the side edges are great. Overall, it’s a really good mattress.”

“Its good overall, the plastic cover was a bit ripped. That caused a little mud on the mattress while bringing it to the apartment. The firmness is good enough.”

“I had a great experience at National Mattress! The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and worked with different price ranges for both queen and king mattresses. They provided several options for me to try in-store so I could compare them and figure out which one felt best. I never felt pressured and really appreciated how patient and informative they were throughout the process. I would definitely recommend National Mattress to anyone looking for a new mattress!”
