“We enjoyed our contact with your Salesperson, He gave great advice both with the mattress and a cooling cover. Thev delivery went vas promised onn the next day, a Sunday. We remain very comfortable and I hope we continue to have this level o comforort withn the passing of time.”

“This is the third time I’ve purchased a mattress from these guys and I can’t imagine I would ever decide to use anyone else. Their customer service is just as impressive as their prices. I’ve requested changes to delivery times and delivery type (front door vs room of choice) after purchase and it’s been a seamless process. They’re very friendly and helpful and I can’t speak highly enough of my experience with them.”

“March 2026: I had an excellent experience at National Mattress Outlet in Markham, Ontario. Henry assisted me, and during my visit at the store and in subsequent interactions, he was unfailingly polite, patient and helpful. Delivery was on time as promised, although I would have preferred a little more flexibility on the delivery logistics. However, after several experiences in other stores, I have no hesitation at all in recommending National Mattress, Markham. Also, the mattress is excellent.”

“In February of 2026 I purchased from National Mattress a SPRINGWALL® Chiropractic® 12" Plush Hybrid Mattress - Queen. As soon as I cut open and removed the plastic bag I smelled a distinct odour of cigarette smoke. Is it something else? Anyone have this same experience? Otherwise the plush soft mattress is great especially with the top generously rounded edges. So you can have a day nap on your stomach and not be bothered by the mattress edge digging into your feet tops if hang your feet over the edge.”
