“Service was very good. Staff was very knowledgeable and there are a ton of mattress options available. They forgot one of the mattresses at the warehouse upon delivery, but had it delivered the very next day.”

“Overall, we had a very good experience. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, gave us plenty of time to test different mattresses, and clearly explained the sleep trial and return policy. They were also very helpful when it came time to load the mattresses into our vehicle. The main frustrations were with the website rather than the in-store service. The inventory shown for the store we selected apparently reflects inventory for the broader region rather than that specific location, so we ended up having to visit two different stores to get the mattresses we wanted. It would be much more useful if the website showed actual inventory by store. We also found the advertised free delivery “as early as tomorrow” a little misleading, since there was no delivery availability for several days. We ended up choosing store pickup instead. The in-store service itself was very good. Improving the accuracy of the online inventory and delivery availability would make the overall experience much better.”

I recently purchased the Springwall Kellie Euro-Top King Mattress from the National Mattress Outlet+ on Kitimat Road in Mississauga, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. The mattress is exactly what I was looking for — comfortable, supportive, and feels like the right balance of firmness and comfort. After sleeping on it, I’m very happy with my choice. What really stood out, though, was the service from start to finish. The team made the buying process easy and straightforward, and the delivery experience was excellent. The delivery crew arrived as expected, handled everything professionally, and — importantly — removed my old mattress from the bedroom without any hassle. That made the whole experience incredibly convenient. It’s refreshing to deal with a company where the product, price, and service all deliver. A big thank you to the National Mattress team at the Mississauga Outlet+ on Kitimat Road and the delivery crew. I’m very pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend National Mattress to anyone looking for a new mattress without the usual stress of buying one. 5 stars all around! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
