“I am thoroughly impressed by the professionalism, no commission structure of their associates (lower prices, best advice), incredible prices and quality every step of the way. Jun and Ivan helped us at the Mississauga location and they were super helpful and professional. I will without hesitation recommend them and this store to my friends and family and would go back here in the future if I were to purchase a mattress again!”

“I purchased two mattresses from National Mattress, and I am extremely happy with both. The mattresses are very comfortable, the customer service was excellent, and the delivery was fast and professional. It was a great shopping experience. I highly recommend National Mattress!”

“Choose this company because of its web site. I am a 77 year old woman, side sleeper, who found her firm mattress no longer felt good. I knew what me needs were: pressure points comfort, cooling, spinal support, strong edge support. I was able to use their web site to choose 3 mattress that best meet my needs. When I went to the outlet on Steeles, they quickly found the three chosen mattresses for me to try. After about 1 hour of trial I selected the best one. The process was quick, thorough, with a good result. I gave it a 4 because the actual outlet is exactly that - not a fancy shop. But it did the job”

“This was a great experience. After visiting many local stores, a quick Google search and reviews pointed me here, where the selection and prices were very affordable. I went around trying different mattresses and found a firm one that worked for my senior mother-in-law, with a low-profile spring box as well. No pressure purchase, all delivered in 2 days, and an additional discount on the mattress protector and other items. Skip the big stores and give them a try! You will not be disappointed.”

“My wife and I recently bought a new mattress and mattress protector from National Mattress. As much as the new bed is fantastic and we love it, I was even more impressed by the customer service we were met with via Wayne. Right from the moment we entered the store, Wayne not only took care of us but guided us professionally and passionately through to our new bed purchase. I not only suggest buying your new mattress and accessories at National Mattress for the quality, selection and value in price, but the high level of customer service cannot be overstated.
