“Great service, they gave me an approximate drop off time and called prior to arrival. the delivery was smooth and even though I wasn’t home they called to confirm where I would like it placed as well as sent images.”

“I was recomended to try National Mattress and I was not disappointed. I made an order on line from there extensive and well organised catalogue, noted I made an error with my order so called in to make the change and the person on the phone adjusted my order without fuss or hastle. The delivery was the best ever with lots of updates from order, to picking to loading to leaving the depot and estimated delivery time. The driver texted me when he was close and I met them to show them the correct door to use. They brought everything up to the apartement, unpacked the order, set up the bed and took away the large plastic wrappings. I could not ask for better service start to finish!”

“We recently purchased a queen mattress from National Mattress and excited to sleep on it! The whole experience was smooth, the store was amazing, great customer service, helpful staff, and a huge selection to choose from. Super excited for our new mattress that we'll know will be super comfortable and will improve our sleep quality. Definitely happy with our purchase and would recommend National Mattress to anyone looking for a new bed!”

“The company has good variety of mattresses at very reasonable prices. When I visited the Mississauga showroom on May 17, Eden S very helpful in explaining the pros and cons of various mattesses and helped me choose one that worked best for me.”

“We haven't received the mattress yet, but the customer service was great, and they arranged delivery in a timely manner. It's only not 5 stars because no one at the store helped us find what we were looking for, we were just left to fend for ourselves.”

“The experience was good. The mattresses in store were wrapped but the plastic felt a bit dirty and the pillows were a little worn looking. The salesperson was knowledgeable and a good help Only frustration was the online price was $50 cheaper than in store - and in hindsight, we should have ordered virtually but were in a bit of a rush. Otherwise positive experience.”

“We have been into the Barrie location a few times to pick out a mattress for our new home. Everyone we have interacted with has been friendly, supportive and well informed. We were able to find a mattress set up that was perfect for our sleeping habits with the support of staff, not to mention the pricing is amazing! Would highly recommend going here for a new bed set up!”

“My husband and I purchased 2 mattresses from National Mattress. The staff was very helpful and patient. We were not rushed as we tested out several mattresses. There was no pressure to pick a certain mattress and no upselling. The first mattress was delivered on time and we were advised by email and phone as to when the arrival would be. The second mattress was not in stock and will arrive in a couple of weeks. My husband is pleased with his choice - the mattress is very comfortable. The prices are very good. We had been shopping around to compare. We definitely recommend National Mattress. Thank. Deb and Jim”
