“The store has a great selection with lots of choices, but more importantly, the salesperson was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and took the time to educate us and guide us in choosing the right mattress for our needs. We really appreciated his patience and expertise.”

“Everything was great until delivery day. I received an email confirming delivery on the day I needed the mattress, but that day, nothing was delivered by the afternoon. I called and was told that the mattress would not be delivered u til the next day. I was not happy as when ordering, I made sure the mattress was available at the store and stressed that it HAS to be delivered on the 1st.”

“great experience with exchange of my mattress, customer service replied to my emails promptly. Delivery was great and polite, they unpacked the mattress and laid in on the bedframe. My only wish is if I could choose delivery time / date - otherwise it's inconvenient to book service elevator in my condo.”

“I needed a mattress for my daughter, I was in and out with a great mattress in 15 minutes. The gentleman helping us was great, didn't try to upsell me past the budget I gave him. I was offered free shipping to London Ontario from Mississauga. Nice store, great prices, amazing customer service.”
