“Overall, the mattress that I have received is as advertised. Very little to none off-gassing observed upon decompressing. Firmness is also as expected.”

“Ken, my salesman was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The selection was broad with a good price range. And the delivery was coordinated well. It delivered on time and was brought to my door as requested. I couldn't ask for better service.”

“I ordered a mattress at the end of Sept. I had to reach out to find out about delivery, (the estimated delivery was suppose to be Oct 24) I understand there can be delays although a general grace period for delays is 2 to 3 days, not weeks, and was told that it wouldn't be back in stock until Nov 3. I cancelled this order and found another mattress I preferred that stated, order today and get by Oct 23rd. I've now received an email saying that as indicated this product is on back order, this was definitely not indicated for the double mattress, and the ETA is now Oct 29th...which is also probably a lie. I feel national mattress changes people's orders after payment, and what is advertised on the site is not the truth when it comes to receiving your order.”

“The place is well kept, Jazmyn was extremely helpful and kind. She showed me the mattress I had seen on line and made some reccomendations. The prices are affordable, location is great and a pleasant experience overall. Third party contacted me via text to advise the delivery of my new mattress. I can't wait!! :))))”

“I did a lot of research before purchasing our mattress and I’m so glad I did. National mattress had by far the best prices. Delivery was fast and smooth. The workers did a great job and the mattress is very high quality. I happily recommend than to any potential l buyers as the place to purchase your new mattress.”

“Bedframe is sold with no slats. Mattress came uneven and bulging. Delivery was split across multiple days with multiple time windows so it was hard to make sure someone was home. Not a fan, will be returning all items purchased”

“The sales person who assisted me was excellent, I don't know his name but he had very good knowledge about the products kept in store. He was trying to help all the customer walking in store by consistently switching between one customer to another. Due to his expert advice I close the deal considering I just went there to browning the mattress and get the overview of the item before buying or comparing prices online.”
