“Didn't receive a call after 24h, but Customer Service answered the phone fast and they were very nice. Mattress was delivered within a few days (though the courrier tracker estimate was a week off even on the day of delivery).”

“It is a true "Extra firm" as it claims. Bought two queen size mattresses and happy with the purchase. Price is reasonable too. Hope they keep it as is as it is the main selling point in comparison to other retail brands. Good and prompt delivery and service too.”

“We've been looking for a high quality, very firm, mattress for a while. We checked out all the usual places (big box stores, national matress chains, etc) and then found National Mattress. We loved the no frills approach to the store and instead it's staffed with people who are genuinely trying to help you out without the pressure of making a sale. We also tested the mattress in person before making the purchase on a Friday. It was delivered on a Sunday!! The best part, the price was VERY competitive. National Mattress is now my Go To store in the future.”
