Waste of time.
Have a Hamilton address when trying to set up delivery it says they won't deliver to that address
Received an email stating they were open on Sundays. Had to borrow a truck and drove to the mississauga location for open. Once there the sign on the door said open on Sundays. Called the number on the door to get them to open to give us the mattresses no answer. Tried a different extension someone answered and they told us that that location isn't open on Sundays and the email template was wrong and they should have changed it. Asked for the items to now be delivered as I had wasted my time. Was now told that they do deliver to my address but they couldn't this week cause the truck was full. Was then told I could drive to another location to pick up my order and they said it was 15 minutes away (GPS said 30 mins) Drove to the other location to pick the items up and while I was there asked if I could also purchase something else. Was told no it all has to be done online, which is fine. I work in retail and if my company made an error like this we would have done everything we could to help fix the situation. ( make room on the delivery truck, offer a discount on another purchase, refunded some of the purchase price for the extra time spent driving) nothing was done at all and we barely received an apology for their mistake. I still need to make another mattress purchase but I will pay a little more at another store that values their customers time.
