Initially, I had never heard about this company. Was in the market for a new mattress and their name popped up on Google. Checked out their website. Their products seemed good. Called in to ask a few questions and the CSR was quite nice. I asked if there were any additional promotions available to help lower the cost even more (as every $ saved counts) but he assured me that the pricing on their website was already the best and no further discounts could be applied. I found what I wanted. Online ordering was quick and easy. The mattress shipped in like 2 days and arrived the following day, so I was quite happy about that. I opened the mattress as instructed and it's been sitting on the floor for a few days now. It hasn't fully expended to the indicated product height of 10". It's closer to 9" in the middle, which is kind of disappointing but maybe if I give it a few more days it'll get there. I have yet to lay down on it, let alone sleep on it for a night, but I will this week and provide additional comments then. The one thing I was a bit annoyed about is that you could sign up for their emailing list and get an Instant $50 OFF any order over $500, which I oddly enough noticed after the fact, but I wish the employee/CSR told me this when I had asked over the phone.
