I contacted the support about the mattress being delivered in a bad shape. The response i got from the customer service is to work with the damaged mattress only as the damage was not big. Its not about damage, its about how you try to retain customers. Very disappointed with the service. Will never refer anyone to buy from National Mattress outlet.
