Product arrived and it is both damaged and not even the brand that was purchased. Ive sent an email to support requesting a refund and have not heard back yet - currently at the end of the next business day.
I will update post once issue is handled.
As of now, my advice would be to avoid this company. It's not even much cheaper than direct from manufacturers. Definitely not worth the hassle.
