I went into the store in Markham to purchase a mattress and frame. I told the sales person I wanted the $150 frame (they have $100, $150 or $200). I took the frame so we could set it up before the mattress arrived. They email you your receipt so it wasn't until I open the bed frame that I found I had the wrong frame. I looked at the email receipt and it was the $100 frame. I contacted customer service and was told since it was opened they would not do an exchange. That I was charged correctly and I should just use the one I got...What kind of customer service is that? Very disappointed.
