Customer service was OK from one sales person, while the other was utterly clueless and un-helpful. For the most part there is a reasonable synchronization between the inventory listed in the website and the actual inventory... but not entirely. Buyer beware, they may not have the mattress listed in the website. Their inventory is NOT real-time. There is pretty much zero documentation / description / features of matresses in the warehouse... which does not help. The website has limited info. Their return policy is pretty much impossible to execute, since once the mattress is taken or delivered, is considered "used" regardless if it was opened or not. The website says otherwise. Satisfaction warranty time (90 days) is generous but the "return fee" (95 $) is most definitively NOT. I bought only because of the price factor; from that perspective is a good deal if you can stomach the caveats.
