Pros: - Mattress arrived on time, good prices Cons: - Had to search for discount codes - No instructions provided that mattress was compressed by manufacturer and appeared smaller than usual in packaging, this caused driver and us to mistakenly think it was a twin/single mattress and not double/full. Had to reach out to customer service for clarification. I was hesitant about opening packaging as order receipt has text saying "no returns or exchange" if packaging is opened. Customer service recommended I open the mattress to verify size. - It would be nice if there was a demo video by National Mattress showing the product as it is an online purchase and hard to tell what its like without seeing it. Product page issues: For the Chirofoam Extra Firm mattress, the specs are incorrect when compared to the manufacturer Chirofoam website, it is a 10" mattress and not 12". The foam inch volume is also different. I ended up buying the Firm instead of the Extra firm because of this discrepancy.
