Initially went to the Markham location to test out some mattresses that I had saw online. A few weeks later, I placed an order for the Galaxy Vanessa mattress and it came promptly in 2 days. I have yet to open it just yet but I noticed some loose threads on the side of the mattress as it came rolled. I emailed cs and they assured me it was just for aesthetic purposes and should not affect the overall functionality. My experience has been great so far but will update in a few weeks if anything happens.
