4 Stars for service received! Delivery was painless and the tracking feature helped to gauge when it was to arrive. The delivery persons were friendly, efficient and took precautions to prevent damage. The box spring I purchased did not work out as expected and the return process was quick and painless, with pickup scheduled quickly and refund issued within 3 days.
