The experience was smooth and exciting. I have had this persistent back pain for a while and tried different mattresses. I decided to opt for a mattress without coil nor out of the box. I searched online and the visibility of NM is so phenomenal that what I was looking for popped up so quickly and I placed my order. They offered to move the mattress up to my bedroom for a very little fee compared to the stress of pivoting the mattress past my staircase. The delivery guys were professional and completed the move in a short time. The product is exactly as I though it would be and the back pain is completely gone!
