The website was easy to use, and had adequate information in order to make an informed purchase online. The mattress arrived later than I'd hoped (the website indicated a 1-3 business day wait time), it took over a week to arrive (I *was* shopping during the black friday deals). In my opinion, this should be stated in a disclaimer prior to purchase, not in an email a couple days after purchase, as some people need to rearrange their schedules in order to accommodate a delivery such as this. However, the delivery was fine, the mattress came shrink-wrapped (surprising to me for a spring/coil mattress), but it is UNBELIEVABLY comfortable, and definitely true to the description. Took off a star for the lack of customer care, both due to the lack of clarity on their delayed deliveries, and the lack of any reply to my email, but it's a solid mattress otherwise. I think clearly informing your clients for such an important purchase is very important, and shouldn't be overlooked.
