We had a great experience at The National Mattress outlet. We visited two locations, Toronto and Mississauga, in our hunt for the right mattress. The staff at both stores were super knowledgeable and incredibly patient. Extra props to Eden at the Toronto location for being so informative and giving us some great insights. Be aware this is a warehouse-style outlet, which is why you get such great prices, so don't come expecting any frills. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 only because some of the mattresses we wanted to test were in cramped spaces, and everything was wrapped in plastic that looked a bit tired and grubby after all the customers in and out. While I completely understood how the plastic was necessary, it would have been a 5-star experience if it were a bit cleaner and spacious. All in all, I would not hesitate to recommend this place!
