The Tempur mattress is great! The unpleasant part was the delivery. The two guys tried to jam the old mattress into the carton and when they failed they just left the case in the corridor. From there they dragged the old mattress with the mattress bag on it to the garbage room and the bag disintegrated along the way. A sad mess they left behind.
