I want to give 4.5 stars but rating system doesn't allow. Recently purchased a Beautyrest Harmony Tight Top Xtra Firm Pocket Coil Queen. I found the website very easy to navigate and I love their Add to compare feature as I was really trying to figure out best alternatives. Product description of features and specs were very informative; really helped me to narrow down my final buy based on my needs. The price (including discount) of my purchase was the best compared to other retailers such as Leon's, The Brick, Sleep Country, Ikea and even local furniture stores in my area. After processing, their follow up email communication was on point at every stage. Only reason to shave off the half star was the mattress SKU on my order confirmation had the description code for my mattress as sold by National Mattress. I followed the instructions provided to check my mattress upon delivery before peeling off the plastic wrap. The SKU on the manufacturer tags had a slight variation so I thought I was given the wrong product in error by the delivery driver. He tried his best to explain I got the right product but the issue was with tag description. Unfortunately, I wasn't getting it. He walked me through contacting Customer Service and waited with me until I got my concerns resolved. I got Wayne at the Hamilton location who patiently explained the differences between Beautyrest SKU descriptors vs National Mattress SKU descriptors based on the actual features of the product and why there was a discrepancy. It was initially very confusing. My only suggestion is using manufacturer SKU on order confirmation so when clients inspect upon delivery it matches the product. Outside of this, I gave my new mattress a test ride and my god cant believe I waited this long to replace my bed. I certainly will use National Mattress again and refer.
