The mattress and box spring arrived very quickly withon 2 days. It was nice to recieve an email estimating when it would arrive.
The mattress feels amazing, very clean and easy to bring upstairs as it was a matress is a box. My parents love it, bought it as a suprise for them after renovating their bedroom.
The only reason I rated my experience 4/5 is that I felt the ones who delivered the mattress were unprofessional.
