Overall everything went well from ordering and the mattress itself. The only drawback was the delivery guy was dragging the mattress to the home in the snow, granted he was only one guy and we helped but had we not offered to help this may have caused damage. Also some of the threads in the box spring were already coming out, had to add fray glue so it wouldn’t come out fully.
