The delivery was a few hours later than estimated--but not a problem. The guys were helpful and considerate. The purchase, which came in two orders because I added the platform, went very smoothly and delivery was well co-ordinated. I LOVE my mattress, which is giving my aching back much better rest. However, The SNAP platform does not come together squarely, even though everything snapped in place. It doesn't seem to be a problem, but I'll let you know if an issue arises. Online, I remember seeing a fabric envelope covering the platform slats to hold them evenly spaced. There is no such envelope and I had trouble with the slats moving around while I struggled to place the mattress on them. Petite women, especially seniors should be warned about how fast the mattress explodes out of the packaging. I was almost pinned under it! It's a big monster at first! But it was OK.
