From purchase to delivery, the process was fast and communication was great. The mattress came within 15 minutes of the estimated delivery time. I paid for the extra service to have the mattress placed directly in the room of my choice. I do think two delivery people rather than one would have helped make the process smoother. There was lots of walls and ceilings that the mattress was shoved into along the way. Overall very happy with the service and product!
