Mattress came within 5 business days. I didn’t know it would come in a box. I think there should be a note about that. Let it expand for about 12 hours. Not sure how long you’re supposed to let it expand. After 12 hours the bed seemed mostly expanded, and it was super comfy!!!! Very clean and extremely easy to unpack :) happy with purchase
