Retail staff are nice. They are willing to explain the differences between the mattresses. However, the mattress comes in a loose plastic bag instead of tightly wrapped. That makes the 90-night trial impossible as the plastic bag will make it too noisy to sleep and roll over on it. Once the mattress is removed from the plastic bag, you cannot return it.
