I had a very positive initial experience. Daniel, the sales person, was very patient and thorough as we looked at many mattresses and discussed the differences of each one. My second visit was not as positive. I did end up buying a mattress but the sales guy was not helpful or particularly friendly. In fairness, I did show up about 45 minutes before closing, but after purchasing my mattress he told me to leave so he could close up. I felt rushed and it wasn’t a positive ending, especially after making an expensive purchase. My advice is to see if Daniel is working, and if not, go back when he’s there.
