Great customer service - salespersons were helpful and not pushy. Lots of choices. However, purchased mattress came with stitching defect - likely manufacturing issue with Serta, not National Mattress Outlet's fault. Henry, from the Markham location, is helping me with a new order and a return/refund of the initial mattress - so despite the mattress itself being disappointing in terms of quality, I'm hopeful that the situation will resolve with a new mattress.
