Ordered by mail the SPRINGWALL® Chiropractic® Tight Top Extra Firm Mattress, Queen size, rated 11/10 for firmness. After letting it air out (vacuumed sealed in a 84lbs box), the firmness feels more like 9/10. I would have opted for the 12/10 firmness mattress, however it was not available for shipping out of the GTA area. The website had some issues with displaying the mattresses available for shipping to my area. Had to verify that the product, I was interested in, had the "Buy Online" availability. First time buying from this company. Difficult to tell if the price matches the quality. Time will tell. Website says there's a 10 year warranty. However, no documentation/instructions were provided in the box.
