I enjoyed my visit in the store and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Being able to lie on the mattresses to feel the firmness helped me in picking an appropriate mattress. I wasn't ready to order it on the spot as I went to look at the mattresses early. I asked the staff member who helped me if he got commission for sales and he said no, they just like to help others. So I decided to order it online at a later date. I was able to schedule delivery easily and it arrived as scheduled. I received multiple emails to confirm the purchase, the scheduled delivery, and that it was on the way. In the emails and texts I received about my mattress being delivered, it stated to check the mattress in the plastic wrap before opening as they wouldn't take it back once opened. However, the mattresses were vacuum sealed in plastic, rolled up, and then wrapped in a large plastic wrap. It's kind of hard to inspect the mattress in this state. When we unrolled the large plastic wrap, we could already hear the mattress sucking in air to expand. Since it was already expanding, we decided to go ahead and cut open the vacuum sealed plastic and the mattress expanded even faster. There wasn't really time to inspect the mattresses, but I'm hoping that all will turn out well.
