Peter was helpful and professional in helping us understand different mattresses and the materials used. Overall a good experience. Charging $35 to have mattress delivered to your apartment unit, despite service elevator access, was disapointing to realize and perhaps the only let-down in our experience. Haven't received the delivery yet to cannot comment on punctuality.
