Our sales person in the Hamilton store was lovely… very friendly and knowledgeable, without being pushy. Price was very good, and I like the option of thinner box springs. We still wanted a base in our existing metal bed frame, and the 2” option is light enough for one person to carry. It’s our first bed in a bag. It felt surprisingly comfortable in the store. Hoping it feels just as comfortable after months of use. Time will tell!
