We visited the Hamilton store to choose a mattress and appreciated the personal help we received.
Later we ordered online...not my favourite, but it worked.
The mattress, box spring and bed frame came when they told us and got into the house in no time.
I am not sure who delivered it as it looked like a rented truck.
It was a bit tricky figuring out the bed frame with the minimal instructions, but we figured it out.
