They were a great team. They helped with the process and didn't hesitate to explain everything as much as needed, asking questions that helped in the decision-making process. We had the option to try the mattress as many times as we still had doubts about.
They were frank and friendly and did not try to sell for the sake of selling, but recommended cheap and worthy options to avoid needless overbudgets.
