The person I dealt with was extremely friendly and efficient. Very impressive.
However, I found the claim that next day delivery was possible was misleading when in fact, delivery was available only Tuesdays and Thursdays. And the location of the store was awful: it took over 3 hours to get there and back from Pape and Danforth.
