I noticed that the price of the mattress I bought about a week ago is now approximately $250 cheaper, which gave me a frustrating feeling of having overpaid but it is good for other shoppers, and your prices are consistently lower than other retailers. I did not receive an order confirmation after having made the purchase (other than my confirming that it was not fraud), which was a bit unsettling given the large sum of money and made me unsure of the delivery plan, but upon calling customer service the day before scheduled delivery, I was easily able to get through to an actual person and was given updated information and confirmation of my delivery day/time, which was great. the emails/phone call leading up the day before/day of delivery were much appreciated and the delivery itself was very efficient. overall, I am pleased with the purchase process and love my new mattress! I am considering getting a bed frame from you next given the positive customer service I recently received.
