I purchased a split queen boxspring. It seems fine for the intended purpose. Tried to order online so it could be delivered but the order wouldn’t go through - perhaps because the credit card billing address was different from the delivery address - that part was frustrating and customer service couldn’t really help - but when I went in person to the North York location, it was very easy to park, make the purchase, and take it away. My local retailer could not come close to the price NM offered, and it would have taken 5 or 6 days to get the item. Good value and service.
