Staff well inormed of products; helpful.
I would give you a 5 but not happy that as an old man I have to bag my box spring after paying $55 dollars to have it taken downstairs; I'm in a condo with elevator; no big deal to remove the box and then leave it outside. My wife is not mobile so this exercise is a pain.
