Since we bought display piece their return policy was differnt & we were not happy with that but gentle man Gergo S who helped us said that we will try to call you when matress will arrive from other location for Shipment so that you can come & look at Mattress before we deliver & if you feel you do not want to buy display piece you can cancel order & buy factory piece which was very helpful. They also gave us a complimentary gift but we didnot like items in that bundle & asked them for something diff but they did not do anything with that problem over all it was good experience.
