The jury is still out on the mattress. It feels not as firm than as the one I tested in the showroom. I’ll give it more time before deciding whether to do an exchange. Also the mattress was delivered promptly on schedule, sealed in plastic but the tags were just thrown inside the packaging and not attached to the mattress. This raised questions. Most new mattresses have the tags attached.
