I’m very pleased with the customer service at National Mattress! Their chat box attendant is a real person who responded immediately, with a clear answer to my question. They have options for organic, low toxicity mattresses which is what originally brought me to their website, but I purchased from them because of their unbeatable prices. I was hoping they would be able to deliver to my home, as they offer free delivery, but my location was not an option for this - that is why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5. But the customer service rep called me when it was ready for pick up, was willing to hold it until whoever I could pick it up, and knew what mattress I had ordered when I came to pick it up as soon as I told him my name, which I was very impressed by.
