Great customer experience from the beginning to the end of our purchasing journey. We called to get details before heading to the Hamilton location.was greeted on arrived and explained the showroom pricing system and selection layout and then given time to explore. Once we made our final decision we talked to the sales associates about box spring options, delivery. Everything was handled professionally and delivery was arranged for the next delivery day. Compared to other compeutiors it would have been a week or longer before we would get our delivery. Happy with the entire experience and can't wait to get our mattress tomorrow.
